Privacy policy

Your name, email, phone number, postcode and town, the jobs and quotes you create, messages you send through the platform, and any documents you upload for verification.

Full postcodes and phone numbers are never shown publicly. Job listings show only your town and the first part of your postcode. Full contact details are exchanged after you choose to message someone.

Identity and qualification documents are stored privately and are visible only to you and our moderators.

Peyda AI is an AI assistant built into the platform. When you use it, the words you type and the relevant parts of your own account data (your profile, your jobs, your quotes and the public marketplace listings you are allowed to see) are sent to an external AI model provider so that it can produce a reply. Peyda AI can only ever use data you already have permission to see.

It is used to help with:

• understanding what you are asking for in English or Persian
• searching jobs and professionals, and explaining why something matches you
• drafting a job description or an application/quote message for you to edit
• comparing quotes you have received, using the real figures on your job
• suggesting improvements to your professional profile

AI output can be wrong. Peyda AI prepares drafts and explanations only — publishing a job, sending a quote, sending an invitation, messaging someone, accepting an offer and changing your profile always require you to review and confirm the action yourself.

Your Peyda AI conversations are stored in your account so you can return to them, and you can delete a conversation at any time. We also keep technical records of AI requests (such as which feature was used, whether it succeeded and how long it took) so we can monitor reliability and abuse.

Pending privacy review: how long our AI model provider retains the text of a request, whether any of it is used to train their models, and which countries it may be processed in are governed by that provider's terms. We have not yet verified and published those specifics, so we do not make claims about them here.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing Enquiries@cvmltd.co.uk. Self-service account deletion is not available yet, so deletion requests are handled manually by us.
