Terms of service

These terms describe how the platform works today. They have not been reviewed by a solicitor.

1. Our role

Peyda AI is an introduction platform. We are not a party to any agreement made between a customer and a professional, we do not supply the services listed, and we do not employ the professionals on the platform.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your login secure, and be at least 18 years old.

3. Quotes and payment

Prices are agreed directly between customer and professional. Payment currently happens off-platform; if in-platform payments are introduced, these terms will be updated first.

4. Reviews and content

Reviews must relate to a real completed job. We remove content that is abusive or misleading.

5. AI-assisted features

Peyda AI produces drafts, suggestions and explanations. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for checking anything you choose to send or publish. Publishing jobs, sending quotes, invitations and messages, accepting offers and changing your profile always require your own confirmation.

6. Acceptable use

Do not post fake jobs or profiles, spam other members, attempt to bypass our limits, or use the platform for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts and remove content that breaks these rules.

7. Liability

We provide the platform "as is" and do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or qualifications of anyone you meet through it. The specific limits of liability and the dispute process still need to be drafted with legal advice before a public launch.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The platform owner must supply the following before these terms are complete:

  • registered company legal name
  • company registration number
  • registered office address
  • notice/complaints contact address
